This bulb holds up to its stately title! This double white daffodil is a treasure of a bulb. This bulb has been around since the 1940s though other sources say 1966!

Multiple layers of creamy white petals with yellow/orange centers affirm that the 'Sir Winston Churchill' is as attractive up close as at a distance. Each bulb produces multiple stalks and each stalk is topped with multiple ruffled blooms. This flower makes a statement in your garden or in a vase in your home. This daffodil has a sweet citrus fragrance.

Plant the bulbs about 2-3 times the size of the bulb (so if the bulb is 1 inch long, plant it 2-3 inches deep). If you are farther north and get very cold during the winter, you may want to plant it about 4-6 inches deep. Space the holes about 3-6 inches apart, and for a more natural looking display, consider planting 2-3 bulbs in each hole.
